Mailbox • Dollface London

Hi everyone!

Lately, silver stone rings and minimal necklaces have been my go-to jewellery pieces. Fortunately enough, my collection now also includes two gorgeous pieces from Dollface London - which came beautifully packaged in a black paper bag after each piece being individually wrapped in a red crepe paper adorned with a Dollface London logo sticker.

Ready to cater for all fashionistas, Dollface London is fresh, edgy, full of attitude and on-trend. From Gothic Glam and Urban Bling to Vintage Fairytale and Neon collections, Dollface London have a vast choice of jewellery and accessories that will suit all tastes and styles.

The first piece I picked up was a silver gemstone ring. Being sold for a mere £3.00 and available in Rose Quartz, Jade Green or Amethyst, I opted for the Rose Quartz stone. These last couple of days, I have been stacking rings like crazy, so this one was a perfect addition to my constantly-growing ring collection. And guess what? The size of this ring is adjustable so it fit my chubby fingers perfectly!

Keeping with the silver theme, I also picked out a thin collar necklace. I already own a chunky gold collar necklace, but I was after a dainty one after seeing one on Tumblr. Perfect for wearing it the normal way - so to say - or even under your shirts' collars, this necklace retails for £8.50 and is also available in gold.

What do you think of these pieces? Have you ever purchased anything from Dollface London?
Are you planning to? Let me know in the comments below.

Dollface London offer FREE worldwide delivery on all orders over £25.00/$40.00. To keep informed on all things Dollface London - be it new collections or sales - make sure you are following their social media accounts - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Mailbox #4

Hi everyone!

You all know how much I love jewellery! In fact, if I had to wear a different piece of jewellery each day, it would be a lifetime before I wear all the pieces I own. Well, not really, but you get my point. I always tell myself that I don't actually need anymore jewellery pieces because I have waaay too many, but somehow I always end up doing the opposite thing. So, say hello to my newest jewellery pieces from Persunmall!

Bunnies Ring Holder: Urban Outfitters// Three-Layers Golden Ring*: Persunmall // Moon Star Exquisite Ring*: Persunmall

Since I am currently wearing more silver than gold jewellery, my current favourite is definitely the moon and star ring, which is being sold for $9.99 (€7.36/£6.22) . It reminds me so much of the 90s and it is definitely very similar to a ring I used to wear back then. Retailing at $8.99 (€6.62/£5.60), the three-layers ring has the best of both worlds since it is made of both silver and gold. Having chubby fingers means that the latter ring fits me as a knuckle ring, but I'm perfectly fine with that. Unfortunately, it rained all day today so I couldn't take any photos wearing these pretty rings outside. But I think they suit the bunny's ears pretty good :)

Do you like these rings as much as I do?

Gypsy Nights

Hi everyone!

Dixi have just launched their first full own brand collection entitled GYPSY NIGHTS, and I obviously wanted to let you know about it. The below images, shot by the super talented Kelly Rose Hammond and Anette Schive, feature the gorgeous Tara Nowy & Mimi Elashiry modelling this AW13 collection.

Which pieces are your favourite? I honestly love all of them, but if I had to narrow down my choice to just three of them, I would choose the Moon Child Ring in silver, the Mystic One Midi Ring in silver, and the Rainbow Mystic Crystal Bullet Necklace

The Gypsy Nights collection can be purchased from here.

OOTD • Blacked-Out

Hi everyone!

I wore this simple but gorgeous FD Avenue fringed dress yesterday night! Being a jersey dress makes it perfect for the current hot weather as it is so lightweight and soft. And its fringes make it look even more summery and fun in my opinion. I had first styled it with my white Converse as I wanted to give it a sporty feel, but I didn't quite like how the outfit turned out. My trusty Jeffrey Campbell came to the rescue once again and I think it looked ten times better styled with this pair.

I accessorised the outfit with a silver chunky chain necklace and two rings - a black rivet ring and a silver ring with leaf detailing.  I had mentioned that I wanted the black ring in my latest wishlist, and I love it even more in real life! It fits me perfectly too! While browsing the Persunmall website, I also fell in love with the leaf ring, but unfortunately it is a bit too small for my somewhat chubby fingers. Nonetheless, I wore it as a knuckle ring, so SCORE! I then finished off the look with Topshop's Lip Bullet in the shade 'Rockabilly' (also mentioned in my July wishlist). I can't stress enough how much I love this colour, and I seem to be wearing it each time I go out!

Dress*: FD Avenue // Jeffrey Campbell Everest: Office // Black Rivet Ring*: Persunmall // Silver Leaf Ring*: Persunmall
Chunky Chain Necklace*: Romwe // Lipstick: Topshop

Save Money While Shopping!

Hi everyone!

I always try to save money while shopping, be it by using discount codes, waiting for the sales, or opting for a dupe when the designer piece is way out of my budget! After wasting the majority of my day doing something else rather than working on my never ending to-do list, I always turn to the FashionPerks website before shopping so as to not waste even more time browsing the Internet for discount codes.

FashionPerks.co.uk was set up by a group of fashion lovers who believed that shopping for clothes, accessories and footwear online shouldn’t be expensive and should reward loyal shoppers. That’s when we came up with the idea for a site that rewarded users with discount codes to use when shopping at their favourite stores online.

The concept is amazing, right? The website contains 6 shopping categories, namely shoes, men's, women's, jewellery, accessories and beauty, so you can definitely save money on anything related to fashion. Some of my favourite retailers found on this website include ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Missguided, Miss Selfridge, Boux Avenue, River Island, and much much more. The list is endless, really! Thanks to FashionPerks, I am also able to discover new brands which I have never come across before. So everything is a plus about this website!

Make sure you check out the FashionPerks website here, and also follow them on Twitter and Facebook to keep up with all their latest discount codes and offers. It always feels super good when you save money! :)

How to dress up denim

Hi everyone!

Denim pieces are a wardrobe staple in my opinion and they can be worn from day to night. However, most of us have a mistaken idea that denim pieces can only be dressed down. I have therefore decided to give you some outfit inspiration - whether going on a girls night out, an evening out with friends, or on a date night - to show you that denim is not just about dressing down! If you feel that you're not 'dressy' enough by wearing blue denim, you can always opt for black or charcoal denim instead. As for the shoes, I feel that a pair of heels instantly transform a denim outfit (or any outfit, really) into a more dressy one. And don't forget your jewellery and accessories, as they are also a key factor when it comes to dressing up an outfit.
Outfit 1: Crop top // Dungarees // Boots
Outfit 2: Crop top // Pencil skirt // Court Shoes
Outfit 3: Varsity tee // Shorts // Sandals

What do you think of these outfit ideas? Would you wear any of them for a night out?

Preview of Dixi's New Collection

Hi everyone!

Tomorrow, Sunday the 27th of January, is a big day - a new collection will be arriving at Dixi. How great is that? I'm always so excited about their collections as they stock so many unique pieces, both vintage and modern. The below photos are an exclusive preview of this new collection. Most of the jewellery pieces that will be available as from tomorrow on their website are one off items. This ensures that Dixi's customers look unique in a crowd! And who doesn't love to stand out in the crowd? As always there will also be a selection of clothing and accessories to pull the looks together.

I LOVE EVERYTHING! But I have to be realistic as money does not grow on my back garden trees. I'm therefore hoping to get the silver cross bracelet, the white stone ring, and the burgundy stone ring. They're so pretty, right? So make sure you check out Dixi's website at around 10am (UK time) tomorrow. Don't worry if you'll still be half asleep, as your eyes will surely pop out once you see what items they have in store for you :)

Cinderela B • Bloggers Competition

Hi everyone!

In the spirit of the festive season, Cinderela B, a luxury designer jewellery label, launched an exclusive competition for bloggers to win £100 to spend on their website. I was invited to take part in this competition, and I couldn't not participate. How could I resist a chance of winning some gorgeous pieces of jewellery from this brand? To take part, all one had to do was to create a collage of  the ultimate Christmas party outfit, featuring one's favourite item/s from Cinderela B. The winner will then receive £100 to buy any item/s from Cinderela B's website. A-maz-ing!!

This is my entry...

I decided to break the norm of wearing a dress to a Christmas party, and keep this outfit simple, yet transforming it into a somewhat classic one because of the blazer and the glamorous jewellery and accessories. Due to the outfit's simplicity, one's eyes will surely be immediately directed onto the gorgeous Cinderela B vintage Roxy necklace. I love how this necklace is bang on the chunky necklace trend but is truly sparkly and glamorous at the same time. I decided to include further hints of gold in the accessories (bag and shoes), and then adding red lipstick to finish off this look. I'm in love with this outfit, and this is definitely something I would wear to a Christmas party.

What do you think of this necklace? Do you like how I incorporated it into this outfit? How would you style the necklace yourself?

Hi everyone!

I was sent this look book by Beginning Boutique, an Australian based online store that offers both local (Australian) and international street labels to customers from all over the world.

''Beginning Boutique is your one stop shop for all things street wear!'' - The Style Net

As can be seen from the look book photos, this collection consists of sequins, leather, and floral pieces, among others..bang on current trends! The accessories and jewellery pieces that are seen in this look book are also available from the Beginning Boutique website. I am in love with this look book. Store Spotlight • Cherry Baby Jewellery

Hi everyone!

A while ago, I was invited to review some jewellery by Cherry Baby, a UK based online accessories boutique inspired by all things pretty, fun and fresh. And how could I ever say no to pretty jewellery? Their collections consist of unique accessories which are perfect to get the celebrity inspired look at very affordable prices (starting from just £2). A good number of the pieces found at Cherry Baby are handmade using recycled and vintage materials, but they also do custom-made and limited edition items.

The A/W 2012 collections - namely Pop Art, Retro, Wonderland, Have a little Faith, and Vintage Lover - have now launched on the Cherry Baby websiteand include rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches, pendants, hair accessories, compact mirrors and sunglasses, all with super cute charms and Cherry Baby’s signature bright colours and images. We should also expect to see more pieces inspired by the 80s, My Little Pony, Care Bears, She Ra! and so much more. How exciting is that? I’m especially looking forward to the My Little Pony and Care Bears collections, which remind me of my childhood days!

I was given the opportunity to choose my favourite item from their website, and I immediately fell for the Cat Chase necklace (for obvious cat obsession reasons :)). Together with the necklace, the lovely people at Cherry Baby sent me a surprise item – the Birds Nest ring. Unfortunately, the ring is a bit too small for my chubby fingers as it is not adjustable. However, I will surely put good use to it, maybe I'll wear it as a pendant. I’ll see where my creativity takes me. Both pieces are really pretty, and not something one would find in each and every store. I am mostly looking forward to wear the cat necklace. I love the contrasting colours of its charms.

Birds Nest ring* (£4.00)

Some of my other favourite pieces from Cherry Baby are the following:

I hope you love these jewellery as much as I do. Will you be purchasing anything from Cherry Baby?
