Save Money While Shopping!

Hi everyone!

I always try to save money while shopping, be it by using discount codes, waiting for the sales, or opting for a dupe when the designer piece is way out of my budget! After wasting the majority of my day doing something else rather than working on my never ending to-do list, I always turn to the FashionPerks website before shopping so as to not waste even more time browsing the Internet for discount codes. 

FashionPerks.co.uk was set up by a group of fashion lovers who believed that shopping for clothes, accessories and footwear online shouldn’t be expensive and should reward loyal shoppers. That’s when we came up with the idea for a site that rewarded users with discount codes to use when shopping at their favourite stores online.

The concept is amazing, right? The website contains 6 shopping categories, namely shoes, men's, women's, jewellery, accessories and beauty, so you can definitely save money on anything related to fashion. Some of my favourite retailers found on this website include ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Missguided, Miss Selfridge, Boux Avenue, River Island, and much much more. The list is endless, really! Thanks to FashionPerks, I am also able to discover new brands which I have never come across before. So everything is a plus about this website!

How to dress up denim

Hi everyone!

Denim pieces are a wardrobe staple in my opinion and they can be worn from day to night. However, most of us have a mistaken idea that denim pieces can only be dressed down. I have therefore decided to give you some outfit inspiration - whether going on a girls night out, an evening out with friends, or on a date night - to show you that denim is not just about dressing down! If you feel that you're not 'dressy' enough by wearing blue denim, you can always opt for black or charcoal denim instead. As for the shoes, I feel that a pair of heels instantly transform a denim outfit (or any outfit, really) into a more dressy one. And don't forget your jewellery and accessories, as they are also a key factor when it comes to dressing up an outfit.

Concrete Jungle • Beginning Boutique's November Look Book

This month, their photographer travelled to NYC and shot this look book, which they titled 'Concrete Jungle'. Emulating fashion week street style with slight hints of masculinity, the styling is young and edgy. As can be seen from the look book photos, this collection consists of sequins, leather, and floral pieces, among others..bang on current trends! Blogger's Wardrobe

Today, while browsing the Internet, I came across this website - Blogger's Wardrobe - and was immediately anxious to read more and more about this community and interested to be part of it. Blogger's Wardrobe, as can be read in their Manifesto, is  not just any web site, but is a place where bloggers and brands meet in a way that guarantees the integrity of both. This is because bloggers are a source of media channels and reliable intermediaries of information to brands, while these brands provide bloggers with quality content, invitations to fashion shows, and also exclusive parties. Those bloggers who are fortunate enough to be invited to join the Blogger's Wardrobe are able to shop online from this community for free, and then share the item/s with their blog readers.

After a thorough browse at the websites of the brands available on Blogger's Wardrobe, I found 3 favourite brands. These are Vintage by Fé, FINSK, and Triwa. Being a huge lover of all things shoes and accessories related, these brands screamed instant love when I discovered them, mainly since most of their products are quite uniquely designed, and also edgy (with regards to Finsk shoes).  These are a few pieces I really love from each brand:
