How I Style • Matching Separates

Hi everyone!

For this week's post, I decided to style a white two-piece. From Alexander Wang and Tory Burch to Tess Giberson and Oscar de la Renta, white was all over the SS14 catwalks. Fortunately enough, cutting edge brand UNCUT have created a catwalk copy of Oscar de la Renta's two-piece embroidered dress but for a fraction of the price. For just £50.00, you can get this laser-cut pleather top and shorts by UNCUT exclusively at USC.co.uk as from the end of February. But until this two-piece is available for purchase, take a look at how I would style it in three different ways.

Ideal for a night out, I accessorised the matching two-piece with a silver collar necklace and these gorgeous ZARA lace-up boots which are now on my 'To Buy' list. To hold my phone, money, and some make-up bits and bobs, I chose a black leather bag which can be used as a shoulder bag, cross-body bag, or as a clutch. And if the weather is somewhat cold, a black leather jacket goes perfectly well with the rest of the outfit. I would probably opt for this faux leather one from Pull & Bear, which is being sold for around €50 (£39.99/$65.41).

I styled the second outfit to be more appropriate for a casual night out or even as a day time look. This time, I paired the white two-piece with just a pair of black open-toe boots and a clear clutch bag. Since the top has quite a low v-neck, I would also add a statement necklace to this outfit.

The third outfit is the most casual of them all since I teamed the top and shorts with a pair of classic converse in black leather. Perfect for when you're on holiday in the summer months, I accessorised with the coolest chunky silver hoop chained necklace, a matt silver ring, and a black bucket bag to hold the camera and any other holiday essentials. And what is summer without a pair of sunglasses?

Which is your favourite outfit? And how would you style this matching two-piece?
