OOTD • Tartan is ALL I Need!

Hi everyone!

As if I don't already have enough tartany pieces in my wardrobe, I have now added a new item: a gorgeous - and very soft & cosy I must add - red plaid scarf from Persunmall. The justification I gave myself before I actually got this accessory was that all the other items are made from Black Watch tartan, so this is actually the first red check piece I own.

This scarf is definitely the main focus of my look, since as usual, I wore an all-black ensemble made up of a pair of black trousers, a plain black top, and my newly purchased Shearling leather jacket. With regard to the shoes, I wore my JC Everest boots, and finished off the outfit with a black zippered PU clutch. Since this bag is quite big, it has room for so many things - in fact, even my iPad fits perfectly - and I will certainly be using it for those events when I need to carry quite a number of things but when I don't actually need my DSLR.

Shearling jacket: New Look // Top: Pull & Bear // Trousers: Stradivarius (old)
Boots: Jeffrey Campbell via Office //  Plaid Pashmina scarf*: Persunmall
Zippered Clutch*: Persunmall// Lipstick: NYX in the shade Snow White

What do you think of this outfit?

OOTD • The Brightness of the Sun

Hi everyone!

You all know that I love my black dresses, and this one from OMGfashion is no exception. And you know what? It's only being sold for £5.00 and is of amazing quality. Bargain! Since I wore the high neck midi dress during the day with black pointed heels, I decided to tone it down a bit by teaming it with a denim shirt. I think it worked quite well.

How would you style the dress?

OOTD • Tattooed Lady

Hi everyone!

It's finally time for my first ever OOTD post! I wore this simple outfit on a laid back Sunday afternoon with the boyfriend. The spot where we took these photos was perfect and goes really well with the whole edgy feel of the dress. And speaking of the dress..how gorgeous is it's tattoo print pattern? Being handmade in the UK, it features a vintage lace collar and a handmade velvet bow, and I also received a stag pin as an optional embellishment for the bow. Needless to say, I wore the stag!

Dress*: Uncommon Nonsense // Blazer: Pull & Bear (old) // Loafers: Local shop (similar here) // Rings: ASOS

I totally recommend checking out the Uncommon Nonsense website, especially if you're into fairytale, grunge, kitsch, edgy and vintage pieces. You will surely find something you love! And I'll leave it as a surprise, but their packaging is THE BEST EVER :)

October Wishlist

New month, and a new wishlist. These are the items that I would like to add to my wardrobe during the month of October. I'm now realising that each month, the number of items in my wishlist are increasing rapidly. I can only imagine how many items will be in my November (birthday month) and December wishlists! But how can I resist such pretty items?
